Job Description:
We are seeking a Bioinformatics Integration Specialist to act as the key translator between genomic raw data and decentralized architecture. You’ll work on developing genome pre-processing pipelines that can be hashed, indexed, and immutably stored on XRPL.
Responsibilities:

Map DNA sequences to hashed, verifiable records

Design and maintain data transformation pipelines

Collaborate with backend teams for real-time chain syncing

Implement quality control on genomic inputs

Standardize formats across multiple bio-data providers
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in bioinformatics or computational biology

Strong Python, R, or Nextflow skills

Familiarity with blockchain workflows or APIs

Knowledge of human genome structuring (GRCh38, Ensembl)

Excellent understanding of data privacy in genomics (GDPR, HIPAA)
